Admission Policy

Admission shall be open to any child, provided the school can meet the special needs of that child. Admission in the school shall be granted without discrimination with regard to sex, race, color, creed, or political belief.

Registration for the academic year 2024-25 has started

• Junior KG: Child must complete 4 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Senior KG: Child must complete 5 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 1: Child must complete 6 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 2: Child must complete 7 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 3: Child must complete 8 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 4: Child must complete 9 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 5: Child must complete 10 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 6: Child must complete 11 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 7: Child must complete 12 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 8: Child must complete 13 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 9: Child must complete 14 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

• Class 10: Child must complete 15 years of age by 31st March of the year seeking for admission

Admission Document Requirement

• 2 Passport size photo graphs of student and 1 each of parents and guardian

• Photo copy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by Municipal corporation or any competent authority)

• Photo copy of the student Aadhar Card

• Photo copy of the passport and parents in case the student of NRI

• Photo copy of the caste certificate (Issued by competent authority); original needs to be shown for verification.

• Photo copy of the report card of last assessment of the current academic year

• Bonafide certificate (In case of Pre-Primary admission)

• Transfer Certificate (Duly Countersigned by concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year in the existing school. Date of submission would be specified by the school.

• Health Card (if any): It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing, if the student is undergoing any medical treatment/medical ailment/ allergies etc… at the time of Registration.

• On grant of admission, parent must complete the admission formalities by submitting prescribed documents and payment of the Term fee.

• The student is required to fulfil the age criteria for grade admission is granted by the admission committee.

• In case of parent cancelling the admission, no paid fee will be refunded under any circumstances.

• Incomplete registration form or admission form will be rejected without assigning any reason.
